We opened the meeting by continuing our discussion about hunger within our community. Several ideas were brought forward from our June meeting.
- Partner with Tap-In in Barrington
- Brown-Bag Lunch Program
- Food Pantry at St. James

Pastor Andrew opened the meeting with a Devotion, we then broke into groups.
The group sorted clothing collected in Lou’s closet. Members of the team will deliver clothing to Tap-In and Dorcas House.
Jill reported that the May Mission Collection raised $108.50 which is allocated for the Relay for Life-American Cancer Society. Jill has requested two checks for $54.25, one for Jaime Hassan’s Team and one for Alicia Dumas’ Team.

Jill opened the meeting at 7:10pm by reading the Outreach Ministries Bible verse: Acts 20:35 In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”
