Profile Team Oct 22 2009

Present: Eric Bergstrand, Debi Curry, Steve Dumas, Liz Tanner and Loretta Lavoie The meeting began at 7:15 PM with prayer by Loretta. We reviewed the Profile Document again, scrutinized it closely and made additions and corrections to some sections and also completed #8 Summary Description on page 7. We spent considerable time on the Giftedness question and in the end asked Debi to revise that answer based on our discussion. Debi will e mail us the draft resulting from our discussions at this meeting asking that any further additions/corrections be e mailed to her by noon this Saturday in order to have it to Council members for review prior to their meeting on 10/27.  Hopefully the document will be approved at that time and progress can be made getting it to Synod and the Call Committee.  Debi will be away and cannot attend the Council meeting 10/27 in person; she will attend by phone conference if at all possible.  Members of the Profile Committee are requested to be there.  That meeting begins at 7 PM.
