St. James Lutheran Church

January 10^th, 2010

Present: Debi Curry, Ellen Zawislak, Kathy Cadigan, Jack Zawislak, Mary Hassan, Pat Sousa, Jill Bowen, Jen Kirby, Jill Bohrer

Debi reported that there was an issue with the proposed salary for Pastor S.  After much discussion,

Ellen made a motion that the offer be increased by $3000, Kathy seconded, all agreed.
